What can I do to fix my computer?

My computer is infected with System Tool 2011 Virus and Google Redirect Virus. I also think it is still infected with HDD Scan Defragmenter Virus ( I don’t know if It ever got fully removed last time). I am accessing the internet through Safe Mode Through Networking. I do not know how to remove these viruses or fix my computer. I already tried downloading free Anti Malware software like Super Antispyware and Malwarebytes and scanned fully. They did not remove it. I used Spybot it did not even detect it. I tried Stopzilla and all they want is money to remove it. I would prefer a free way of fixing my computer, but I am open to suggestions. I thought about wiping the drive and reinstalling Windows XP but I have no experience with doing that and I don’t even know how to do it. Can anyone help me please?
