How to get rid of a serious virus that is disabling all applications?

If possible I would like formatting to be the very last option. I keep getting pop ups from anti virus system pro saying that I’m being attacked from an internet virus and asking me if I want to block the attack. Every time I try to open something, an error pops up saying ‘The application cannot be executed because it is infected. Do you want to activate your antivirus software now?’ Out of all my virus and spyware protection programs – only SUPERantispyware opens and when I scan it comes up with ‘Adware tracking cookie’ which I promptly quarantine only to have it appear in the next scan. Also the virus keeps opening links to porno sites, however, I have disconnected from the internet. What can I do to get rid of this virus?
Clearly I am using a different computer to post this.

If you can not download to your computer, you can download to another computer and copy to zip drive or a cd. Do this in safe mode with networking and after installation of tools disconnect from internet. If you have P2P programs(limewire or frostwire) you will need to uninstall these programs as quick as possible as to speed up removal. Run full scans with above tools but not at the same time and with either one or the one that you can get to run. SAS has been known to be a easy installation in safe mode.
