Vista antispyware 2011 virus?

last night I got yet another virus, It was called Vista antispyware 2011, I used Malwarebytes and got It out, but I can’t open Internet explorer or anything else when I click Internet explorer It says: Alication not found, what does that mean? how do I fix It? I know It wasn’t deleted, I had to click on a short cut to get online

I already did what thoes removal Guides said and got It out with Malwarebytes, It just messed up my computer, when I click on a program Internet, mediaplayer ect, It says Application not found :l

I would also try malwarebytes again … however, remember to update before running.
