How can i clear Win32/Adware Virtumonde FP application?

it can’t be deleted,renemed…I tried,but…nothing.It keeps appearing the same winow from Nod32 Antivirus that sais my computer is infected with this virus.It sais the system memory is affected.what can i do?
It sais application Win32 Adware Virtumonde FP found in operating memory.system memory infecion originatedfrom file C:windowssystem 32mllmn.dll
when i turn on my pc,a small window(RUNDLL)appears.it sais Error loading C:windowssystem32hjegfdax.dll.The speciffied module could not be found.what does it mean?
