HELP PLEASE! – How do I get rid of a trojan (Vundo)?!?

My antivirus Avast today rises saying I have a dropper which is also known as Vundo? Its called the "Win32: VunDrop [DRP].'ve Tryed to delete move, ect go to the chest but the work does not work. Can any1 tell me how to remove please. A step to step guide would be great if someone could do: D
