Trojan horse virus help?

I scanned my computer today, and I found a trojan virus called. “Trojan horse Rootkit-Pakes.L” and no matter how many times I move the files to the virus vault, they just keep coming back. Any help on getting rid of it for good? And does anyone know where it came from?

That is a rootkit and rootkits are nasty. Since your program couldn’t deal with it, you need more help than us just giving out SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes, and etc. You will need rootkit removing tools and other tools that we cannot give out here and best to be under supervision and guidance to do this.

Because you got a rootkit, you have to consider that your computer is compromised and can never see your computer as secure again, even if you removed it by using rootkit removal tools. Personally myself, I would immediately disconnect the internet, change all my passwords on another clean computer, backup my personal documents and do a full format and clean install but it’s up to you.
