How did Cyber Security download into my computer? How do I get rid of it?

Yesterday, when I started my computer, I noticed a window “scanning” for viruses. I have Norton antivirus, and this was something called Cyber Security. Everytime I start my computer, it shows me that I have lots of viruses and that my computer is about to crash, and of course, they offer me to buy the complete version of the program. I searched online and found some forums that say all this stuff is fake, and the threats too. Now, how do I get rid of it? On the several websites that I visited they say they can get rid of it if I install their “removal tools” but I am not sure if that is a good idea, since I might install more viruses or trojan horses. I don’t want to make this problem bigger, you see. Another thing that bothers me is that it keeps blocking lots of websites, because they are a potential threat: youtube.com yahoo.com cnn.com ? It’s getting on my nerves already. Please, someone, help.

You’ll also have to re-name the file to anything.exe in order to run it.
