Advise on a “computer virus”?

I have just received a message from avg saying an accesed file is infected.
The file name is c:lfstbwvd.dll
The threat name is trojan horse downloader.zlob.AEMR
It was detected on open.
The process name is C:WINDOWSExplorer.EXE
The process ID is 1880.
I have gone into the place that it says it is (C:WINDOWS) and it is in there.
There is also a process running walled explorer.exe
Is this a false alarm.
I click the exe and it just opens up windows explorer
Please help

trojan is a very very harmful virus

1) run a computer scan
2) after the scan is done remove all threats and warnings

pleeeez do tht if u dont it will take over
totally mesing ur computer

click on the remove threat as a power user’

do tht quickly is possible
