Warcraft III worked, now when I launch it says CD Rom error and AVG gives me a Trojan Proxy.ACCX help solve?

I playing Warcraft III for several days now without a hiccup. Suddenly today I try to run it and a window pops up that says "error a CD-ROM. Please verify that your Warcraft III disc is in your CD-ROM, then click "Retry" A window AVG anti-virus also appear simultaneously that says "threat detected: When opening the file C: DOCUME … SlntfNT.dll, Trojan Proxy.ACCX. "Sometimes when I try to run this particular game. Other DVDs and CDs to the hard work, and I tried to start it with AVG turned off and I always get the "error of the CD-ROM.
