OK, For the last 3 days a “Backdoor” Trojan Horse has showed up on my virus scan. ?

I have McAfee and keep putting it in the Virus Vault. My question is if it’s in the virus vault can it still hurt my computer? Do I have to heal it or what?

Forgive me if i have this wrong….but if you are saying

that McAfee delete this every day but it always returns

then that would mean its resident in system restore.

Go to start …r/cick my comp…click on system restore and

check the box to turn it off…click ok and/or apply.

Scan again with McAfee and remove it then turn system

restore back on and this will create a new clean restore point.

Also it would do no harm in quarantine…but delete
after a few days if you wish.
