How do I get rid of Dropper.Generic.BHHB Trojan?

Well then, like a week ago I started getting all these random pop ups during Internet research. As I would search Google lets say and then I get a pop up about Redbox or Verizon or something even I have mozilla and pop-up is activated and it has always protected against this kind of thing before. So these days I get these pop ups from AVG Anti-Virus called "threat detected" in C: Windows Temp bpfn.tmp svchost.exe and others. When I try to move to a room strong threat or cure, he says he can not be found. I try to run AVG and update and do a full system scan but can not find the Trojans on my computer. I need help with a Trojan horse good and free disposal program and how do I get rid of these annoying things! Thank you very much to all who help! I tried using my AVG antivirus and updated in order to find Trojans, but he can not, thats why I posted this question to find other options. Thank you for the advice tho
