3)Does the 32/64 Bit Operating System effect the performance on the computer?
4)Could you suggest any ways to improve system performance.
I have recently brought a new Dell notebook computer. The specs are at the maximum. They are as follows:

well .. vista uses more resources than xp .. so its slower than xp on any given machine … and 64 bit operating system would be faster but the problem is there isnt much support for it yet .. u need applications and drivers written in 64 bit and 32 bit is still the norm .. so unless ur a power user and know what ur doing u should avoid 64 bit ..
