Slow Computer Clean Up
Will filling up my hard drive slow down my computer?
Any experts- please settle an argument for me…..
Will filling up my computer’s hard drive to about 3/4 of it’s capacity (with films, music etc.) make my computer noticeably slow down?
And what are the reasons for this?
Also, when I try to run ‘disk clean up’, it won’t run- it just freezes until I close it. I’ve tried anti virus programs, but still nothing. What can I do?

yes it will slow slightly.the files will take longer to find
start with http://ccleaner.com clears temp files and browser cookies
try
disk clean up
if it runs ~when it gives you can save
click other options
click on ghost files and system restore
let it run
click on delete files then ok
should save quite a bit of memory
