Reboot and scan again until a scan after a reboot says you are clean.

Also, I’d think about security for sites you have gone to–have you entered any sensitive (financial) information on that computer? If so, you would do well to change your passwords. Trojans are not just adware programs, but typically install keystroke loggers or other malicious programs–as they say an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
