I don’t want to buy anything and I really don’t want to download anything of the internet. I don’t know how safe mode works either. Can anyone help me? Thanks…
try spybot and adaware from www.download.com
you may need to reformat your hard drive with a windows disc or restore partition if the spyware cannot be removed.
go to the spybot forums. they are good with analyzing hijack this outputs
