Where can I find an adware or spyware remover free?

I tried bulletproofsoftware.com but all they can do is simply the free scan, and discovered that I threatened 182. But when it comes to removing spyware / adware, they ask me to buy their products. Then I tried Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Personal, I scanned and removed but I am not satisfied because, after I tried to analyze it again with bulletproofsoftware.com, it shows I still have 52 threats on my PC, what should I do?
