First disable norton antivirus then remove it from your registry.Click start/run/type regedit in the box click ok,click the plus tab on the left of HKEY_CURRENT_USER,click software and you should see the software you want to delete,right click on it then delete.WARNING if your not familar with editing the registry DO NOT try this.
