Why is it when i turn on my laptop,it takes around 5 minutes for the start up screen 2 load up?

After the initial period,my laptop and internet work very well. Ive tried defrag,im clean of viruses,no adware,malware spyware..and i have not installed any corrupt programmes

click
START
RUN
then type
msconfig

go to the startup tab. Uncheck everything. Click ok
the restart

ps. I know someone is going to say something so.
It will not hurt anything. It will just take all of the crap out of the startup. you can always go back and recheck things later.
