Why not go on my computer in safe mode? I had problems with Trojan Agent, Adware and Rogue Installer.?

Spy Bot and AVG with Anti-Malware Malware state they have found, quarantined and deleted the setup rogue adware.minibug, adware.mywebsearch, warning and trojan.agent trojan.fake. Part of the AVG was about to go into safe mode and run tests again to be sure – however, Whenever I go into safe mode, once the icons appear and I start my computer restarts in normal operation.
