How can I remove this virus?? (Trojan Horse SHeur2.ZIY)?

I have absolutely NO IDEA how I obtained this virus. I seem to have been attacked while I was just sitting on my desktop. Suddenly my firewalls and spysweeper somehow were disabled and my AVG said I was infected with a trojan. I immediately took screen shots and quarantined the virus.
