Withdrawal adload_r.akh Trojan horse?

I ran AVG Anti-Virus, and he said he found some, adload_r.akh Trojan horse so far, he didn't have any problems with my computer, but I want to get rid of him before there was any problem. AVG can find them, but can not remove virus, anti-I ran malwarebytes and it can not find anything. So I was hoping someone could tell me how to get rid of it? please and thank you.

If AVG has detected it removes. Malwarebytes is somewhat more specialized tool, AVG has more spectrum.
