Norton Internet Security Adware.hotbar find?

I have Norton Internet Security and it keeps detecting adware.hotbar. So I ran a scan Using Windows Defender has found adware. hotbar and disposing of it, but Norton says it's still on my computer how can I get rid of. Think it could be connected to Fast Browser Search. But Fast Browser Search is not in Add / Remove programs and there is no drop down next to the search bar. Never added applications on Facebook. Please help
