Where can I find free (no trial) spyware & adware removers?

I try to remove spyware, adware and viruses on this computer. I downloaded AVG anti-virus, Spy-bot search and destroy and ccleaner on the pc. I'm still all these popups and it drives me crazy because I've been at it for two days. I can not afford to take my computer shop. How can I completely remove this content malicious on my pc? Someone please help??
