Adware on my computer!?

Help! I recently had a trojan virus on my computer, I downloaded Malwarebytes Ani-malware. It did a great job of removing 18 trojan viruses. Before I couldn’t even go to my control panel, but now I can. I performed two full computer scans . The trojan viruses were quarantined and sent to the vault. But now, every time i search something in yahoo or google, and click the link, it opens a different tab, which loads a totally unrelated site, instead of the one i clicked. These unrelated sites are also those adverts/Adware. If I click on a site it redirects to the yellow pages or some kind of an adware. Help! What else can I do??

An anti-malware program is not powerful enough to remove all viruses and malware.
You should use a virus scanner in addition to an anti-malware tool.

As your computer is already infected, installing a virus scanner might not find all infections. Best thing you can do is scan your computer using a free online virus scanner. A list of online scanners can be found here:

If your computer really is infected, it might be possible that not all infections can be removed and a clean installation of your computer might be advised.
