What is an awesome anti virus program that is totally free and that I can download online that will scan all of my stuff and hopefully delete all my adware, spyware, viruses and all that other sick stuff I have on here??

AVG has a free software, it works great! it will take a while (30min -4hrs, depends on how much stuff you have) to scan your hdd for viruses, then it gives you the option to remove them!! Also, it woks in the background seeing if your opening any viruses by accident.
