FREE virus/anti-spyware protection?

Does anybody know of any FREE anti virus/anti-spyware that can be downloaded? I have AVG and it works great but the free edition does not come with Spyware Protection so im just looking around. Thanks.
Where can i get WinPatrol? Can you give me a link please? and instead of spywarebot i use Spyware Blaster which was rate better.

Spyware Doctor (http://pack.google.com)
either one will give you good, realtime protection, along with
Ad-Aware Free (http://www.lavasoftusa.com) and
Spybot S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org) for additional removal ability.

Picking three programs, I recommend Comodo Firewall 3.0 with IPS, Spyware Terminator with realtime protection, and your choice of antivirus, with Antivir as my first pick, followed by AVAST!. If you don’t download email locally, you don’t need AVAST!
