QUESTIONS & MALWARE ADWARE need help!?

I am an adult and have malware spyware and adware issues, Downloaded stuff, poping pages, Internet speed slow my computer off and closing pages. I need a free removal program that works. I am using avg spyware remover and adware Ive removed 300 and 500 malware. over the last 2 days just got down with a scan and im still having this problem! Help someone!
