Why won’t my internet work?

When I click connect in the Wireless Network Connection dialog box, a window comes up that asks for the network password which is already entered. So then I click connect and another window comes up that says “Please wait while Windows connects to the “——–” network. Waiting for the network…. ” After awhile that window goes away but I am still disconnected from the internet. No error message pops up. Please help! I can connect to a neighbor’s wireless internet but I’d like to connect to the one I pay for!

Turn off and then turn on, your wireless, that shoudl reset itself.
