Error Message Bad_pool_caller
Computer problems?
I’m posting this for a friend who is having computer problems.
“I get the fabled Blue Screen of Death a lot. Its messages run the gamut from BAD_POOL_CALLER to PFN_LIST_CORRUPT. One or twice I even received a fatal system error message. It has reached the point where sometimes I cannot access the Desktop without using Safe Mode or having to constantly restart. Is there anything that can be done to halt the problem or buy time for professionals to work on it?”

I hope I posted this in the right place… Correct me if I’m wrong.
He has run virus scans and spyware scans and such. Nothing seems to be helping. He also removed any files and such that he no longer uses.
A Windows reinstallation should help. If not, then it might be a hardware problem.
