i have avg free. how do i get rid of this virus? computers too slow to look it up. plz help!?

Try rebooting your computer in safe mode.

Double click “My Computer”

Then in the address bar at the top type

C:WindowsSystem32

(or double click C drive, then Windows then System32)

and press enter

Go through System32 until you find Services.exe and rename it services.bak

Reboot the computer,

Run a full scan with AVG and it should pick it up and be able to remove it this time.
