My computer has HELLA virusus!?

A program called “Internet Security 2010″ appeared on my computer. My Avast! removed two trojan horses. My computer is still jacked up. I have warning messages appearing all the time (not sure weather it is windows or the viruses doing that). Internet Security 2010 dosn’t appear in “add/remove programs’” so I tried to remove it in the registry but it blocked me from acessing the registry… What can I do?? And I don’t want to completely erase my hard drive… Oh and a message appears when I turn on my computer telling me I have a worm and some info about worms. Avast! dosn’t find any worms though even on a thorough search through every single file on my computer. Help!
