okay so my mom’s laptop one day alittle window popped up on my desktop that said” windows has deteched a spyware infection! windows recommends you download a free antispyware scan to PERVENT it from infecting your computer” i didn’t click on it but then all the sudden PC anntispyware 2010 started running, i asked her if she had downloaded it then once she said no i disconnected the internet and did a hard shut down. i logged back on and it did it again. now the bubble keeps popping up and we don’t know what to do, PLEASE HELP!
