A virus or a worm has invaded my Mac.?

I have a Macbook, recently I was downloading from iTunes whiile I was sleeping and when I woke up my System Preference, Quick Time Player, Fusion and Window icons were gone from my dock. There was a question mark in those places with the names above. I took my computer to Britain and it was restored but on the far, left side of the dock is a “hashed, vertical line” when I scroll over it my arrow turns into a “white, horizontal line” with two arrows on top and bottom. Since my computers restorring, I lost VLC. It was the same question mark as before. I installed anti virus and have a “Yoggie” ecryption device. The anti virus scan comes up with nothing and since I installed the program for the Yoggie my computer won’t eject a DVD from it’s drive and when I plug my iPod up it doesn’t come up with the option for me to eject it. So I end up having to turn it off.

Yeah, Mac supposely don’t have virus. I wonder what happen to that ad…..
