AVG safesearch removal?

I installed and then uninstalled the AVG Anti virus software. I even used Revo Uninstaller to remove it all..but I cannot get his AVG SafeSearch OFF my computer. It comes on when I type anything into the upper right hand search box of IE. It wants me to use its search engine apparently but i just want it off. I have tried add/remove programs plus trying to find the file.Thx.

reset IE7 by going to Settings Options Advanced and click RESET
