Windows 7 Compatibility questions?

I have a few questions about compatibility for Windows 7. Before installing it, finding out that nothing works, and reinstalling Vista, I figure I should ask around. I’m going to list some programs that I need compatibility reports for, as well as a (very) short description of the program, and it would be much appreciated if I could get some responses.

This is what happens when any new operating system is released, NONE or very few of the APPLICATIONS will work because they all need to be upgraded meaning you have to buy NEW SOFTWARE..
This has happened with Windows 95-98-2000-NT- Millenium -XP-Vista- and now with 7. This is no more than a simple game that requires us, as users to BUY NEW SOFTWARE.
