Task Manager Security Is Always Stopped when rebooted?

The List of Services Below are the service that always are always “stopped” Whenever I restart my Laptop.

I ran all those services through a check. They all checkout OK. There only suppose to run when needed. As far as Avira is concerned that’s prob, part of your problem. Avira is full of faults positives. It will tell you something is bad when it really isn’t. Avira also has problems updating. It will also make you think it’s running when it really isn’t. Be careful. Avira will cause you to delete things that you shouldn’t. Just thought i would warn you.
