Can’t reach Spybot or Adware update sites.?

I can not reach spybot search and destroy or the adware update sites. I know it isn’t my firewall. I read on Wikipedia there may be a virus that causes blocking of that, but my Norton doesn’t show that virus. Can anyone give me any idea how to get this fixed?

it block antivirus/antispyware sites
