How do I delete the MSN Plus! Sponsor?

I downloaded MSN Plus! and I do not what a program Sponsorship is so, I downloaded it and it was adware (CID) so i tryed removing it via Add / Remove Programs and click Delete sponsorship program and then he said it was successfully removed, but it is not! There are still pop-ups and Cid I do not know how to remove them! Please help! I have two, and they still seem …
