Where can I download free trojan, virus, malware, adware, and programs for spyware removal?

My computer badly infested with viruses, Trojans, malware, adware. Well all the things you do not want. My Yahoo account has already been modified. I tried to find free programs (because I have no money what so ever to go about it) will scan and remove them. I havent had the chance to find mush that will scan and remove them. and the ones I found does not get rid of them all.I also do not want to take 5 hours just to scan. I want something that targets all or as many Trojans, viruses, malware, adware, spyware and as fast and possilve FREE and really works

The first result should be freeavg.grisoft.com or something similar, before they were voted the best "FREE" antivirus program and they also spyware, which is also free. and have a better chance of getting rid of all try and parse your calculated in Safe Mode.
