I installed a program like gator to fill in forms. Ad ware pop ups are everywhere now. How do i uninstall?

I uninstalled the program but I still get the adware pop ups. I have spyware and virus blocker but it won’t stop the pop ups. How do I find the program to stop the pop ups? I was unaware that installing the form filler program would install a program for adware. HELP IT’S DRIVING ME CRAZY! All the ads start with CID
I did install spybot but i still don’t know what to delete.
