Is there any anti spy-ware software that can detect and delete system doctor spy-ware?

I have tried McAfee and Norton and neither of them can find it. I know it is on my computer because I keep getting the pop ups for system doctor. They say that my computer is infected with spyware or adware and to download system doctor to fix the problem. Any help would be apreciated.

One of these should remove it.Both are free.
