trojan on pc?

I have a trojan on my pc. it was detected by lavasoft adware, but when it get’s detected, and i try to quarantine it, the trojan restarts my pc. what can i do to get rid of it. are there any good free softwares that i can download out there?

reboot your computer into safe mode then run adaware AND your anti-virus. If that still doesn’t remove the trojan download and try Spybot S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org), reboot into safe mode and let it scan.
