Should I remove system32ToolsRestart.exe?

I ran ESED NOD32antivirus on my computer and it quarentined this file: C:Windowssystem32ToolsRestart.exe, indicating that it’s ‘probably a variant of Win32/Adware.Agent application’ I want to know whether I should remove it or not?

You need to be VERY careful when removing any system 32 file! If you damage or remove the wrong one your system will no longer BOOT!! I have seen Anti-Virus programs give false positives before & remove non-infected files… If I were you I would do a lot of reading on Google about this before I deleted this file!
