Adware Advertising
Who would sign a petition to lobby against the companies to be able to spyware and adware in their sites?
This is which causes all pop-ups you get when you get online, they are small programs that keep track of everything you do and wherever you go online, while the information is used by compaines so they know what pop-up ad to send you and can lead to more spyware and adware get on your hard drive. They can also cause the computer / internet crashes and slow down your computer drastically. Adware / Spyware should be considered as the same as an invasion of privacy, this information is used against you so that companies know what pop-up ads and to send you will make your Internet experience worse. So … Who's with me? If I get enough support behind it, I can give a shot to the court for illegal (At least in the U.S.) for businesses to use pop-up advertising online.
Me too! I would definitely sign something like that. I four different spy-ware detectors on my computer and always gets the stuff in. Things should be on your computer because you asked for them, not because you were unlucky enough to visit a website bad.

Adware by Elmo, Timoteus [Paperback] $78.07 Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. Adware, or advertisingsupported software, is any software package which automatically plays, displays, or downloads advertisements to a computer. These advertisements can be in the form of a popup. The object of the Adware is to generate revenue for its author. Adware, by itself, is harmless; however, some adware may come with integrated spyware such as keyloggers and other privacyinvasive software. Advertising functions are integrated into or bundled with the software, which is often designed to note what Internet sites the user visits and to present advertising pertinent to the types of goods or services featured there. Adware is usually seen by the developer as a way to recover development costs, and in some cases it may allow the software to be provided to the user free of charge or at a reduced price. The income derived from presenting advertisements to the user may allow or motivate the developer to continue to develop, maintain and upgrade the software product. Conversely, the advertisements may be seen by the user as interruptions or annoyances, or as distractions from the task at hand.
